Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in plant leadership, including managing managers and cross-functional teams

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in multi-site or global manufacturing environments
• Background implementing continuous improvement systems (Lean, TPM, structured problem solving)

The successful candidate will lead all plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability metrics. This role is responsible for executing business strategy at the site level, ensuring compliance with integrated management systems, and delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall site performance.
• Execute business strategy at the plant level, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational targets.
• Oversee compliance with integrated management systems, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and lead the plant leadership team while driving organizational performance, accountability, and people development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, corporate functions, and external stakeholders while ensuring strong operational execution.
