Our mission is to support the culinary industry with reliable products that enhance efficiency and performance.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HVACR Service Manager to lead and support our team of service technicians while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, dispatch coordination, technician development, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial HVA, refrigeration, foodservice equipment, proven leadership skills, and a passion for developing technicians and improving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:* Manage daily operations of the HVACR service department* Supervise, coach, and develop a team of service technicians* Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and service workflows to maximize efficiency* Ensure service calls are completed safely, accurately, and on time* Monitor technician performance, productivity, and service quality* Assist technicians with troubleshooting complex HVACR and refrigeration issues* Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction* Oversee service reporting, documentation, and job costing* Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new technicians* Enforce company safety policies and industry best practices* Collaborate with leadership on service strategy, growth, and process improvementsQualifications* 5+ years of HVACR service experience, preferably in commercial environments* 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (lead technician, supervisor, or manager)* Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, and foodservice equipment* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills* Experience managing technician schedules and service dispatch* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* EPA Certification requiredPreferred Qualifications* Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems* Experience using service management or dispatch software* Proven track record of improving technician productivity and customer satisfactionCompensation TransparencyThe advertised pay range for this position is $93,000 to $99,800. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications.
