Our client is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Williamston, SC. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. 100% onsite. This position is also temp-to-hire.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Answer phones and email
Enter sales orders
Utilize QuickBooks
Assist with collections, invoicing and check deposits
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications:
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Sharp attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000
