This role provides the opportunity to guide clients through the successful implementation and adoption of advanced automation solutions, helping them maximize the value of their investments. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers' executives and internal champions to deliver strategic guidance, configure solutions to meet business objectives, and ensure measurable results. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving change management initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges. Success in this role comes from combining analytical problem-solving, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client satisfaction and impactful outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, leading business decision meetings and providing strategic guidance during implementations
  • Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results while tracking progress effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and internal champions to drive adoption and maximize value
  • Configure and manage solutions to align with client objectives and requirements identified during business meetings
  • Provide launch and ongoing support to ensure successful solution adoption and operational impact
  • Troubleshoot issues and monitor adoption against defined goals to ensure measurable success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services, identify best practices, and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or Workforce Management roles
  • 3+ years of business consulting and process improvement experience
  • Experience working with external customers, sales, consulting services, and executive management
  • Proficiency with SaaS software solutions and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and persuade stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including remote and onsite consulting
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to translate non-technical requirements into actionable solutions
  • Self-driven with strong time management, customer focus, and service orientation
  • Experience in healthcare or contact center environments is preferred
