Ross Stores - 1125 Woodruff Road, Ste 700 - Responsibilities: Assists customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists customers with merchandise, and answers customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanking them at the register; Maintains a clean, organized store and ensures proper merchandise presentation; Performs cleaning tasks and replenishes restroom supplies to maintain merchandise, customer and team areas; Understands and follows loss prevention, MOS policies, and merchandise protection standards
