About the role: Join a leading financial organization where you will make meaningful borrower impact by providing homeowners solutions during hardship. This is a skill-building opportunity within a great team environment of 30 professionals. You will receive 2 weeks of training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of loans through loss mitigation decisioning using Excel-based tools
• Create and distribute customer communications via Word, regular mail, and UPS
• Participate in daily team meetings (approximately 30 minutes)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Handle customer data with confidentiality and accuracy
• Back-office work only (no telephone work)

Must Have Responsibilities:

• Loan pipeline management through loss mitigation decisioning
• Excel-based tool utilization
• Customer communication creation and distribution
• Customer data access and management

Experience:

• 3+ years of overall experience
• Banking experience in an underwriting position (preferred)

Skillsets: Required:

• Underwriting expertise
• Default servicing knowledge
• Fiserv Sagent proficiency
• MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency)

Preferred:

• Banking underwriting background

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
