Main Event Greenville in Greenville, SC is looking for a Security officer who will be responsible for ensuring guest safety and security. This full time or part time position requires a love of customer service and a drive for success. Our Security Officer takes pride in taking care of our guests and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities include:
-Welcoming guests with a smile at the door
-Facilitating a safe environment for guests and employees
-Ensure all guests are complying with laws in and around the building
-Patrol interior and exterior grounds
-Deescalation of customer service issues
-Good knowledge of Alcohol and Beverage Laws
-Keeping track of capacity numbers
