GTIConnect is seeking a *Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Architect* to assist in providing innovative production solutions for a project with a Federal Client. Primary responsibilities for this key role include, but are not limited to:Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunitythoroughly before making an application.*Key Responsibilities:** *Solutions Design:* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive business intelligence solutions. Develop data modes, data integration processes, and data visualization strategies.* *Data Analysis:* Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and outliers to support data-driven decision-making processes.* *Data Integration:* Design and implement data integration processes from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) to create a unified view of the agency's data.* *Dashboard Development:* Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy BI to convey insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.* *Data Governance:* Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Collaborate with data owners to maintain high data quality standards.* *Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:* Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.* *Performance Optimization:* Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance system.* *Documentation and Reporting: *Maintain up-to-date documentation for all BI solutions and processes. Track status for all program deliverables, ensuring ownership and accountability for each.Develop accurate weekly and monthly status reports including team activities, risks, issues, progress toward milestones, and decisions.*Key Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT related field.* 7+ years of experience in a BI Lead Developer/Admin role utilizing MicroStrategy.* Strong experience with MicroStrategy Cloud for Government and/or AWS GovCloud environments.* MicroStrategy Certified Developer, MicroStrategy Certified Architect Certification (only one required; candidates are not expected to hold both).* Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.* Ability to think critically and articulately communicate ideas for innovative solutions.* Highly developed understanding of client drivers and behaviors.* Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, including management of high-volume, competing priorities.* Strong customer service acumen and commitment.* Sole U.S. Citizenship is required.* Ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance. xmvmafuJob Type: Full-timePay: $106,550.38 - $140,318.73 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: RemoteRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
