Menasha Corp - - Responsibilities: Machine set up including movement and placement of Cobot where needed and ensuring proper alignment with the weld fixtures; Program using the Cobot interface to create weld paths and sequences based on the blueprints of the fixtures; Monitor the Cobot welding process during operation, identifying and addressing errors and deviations; Movement and placement of parts into fixture and subsequent removal after weld; Visually inspect welds for quality ensuring proper penetration and bead appearance
