We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to support and optimize our Workday environment. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, with a focus on HCM, Security, Integrations, and Payroll.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain and support Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
* Configure and manage Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies
* Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
* Support payroll processing, audits, and compliance within Workday Payroll
* Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
* Analyze and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end users
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
* Assist with Workday releases, testing, and system updates
*Qualifications:*
* 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience
* Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Integrations, and Payroll
* Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis
* Familiarity with integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, and APIs
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
*Preferred but not Required:*
* xywuqvp Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, or Payroll)
* Experience in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment
Pay: $72,562.80 - $87,387.47 per year
