What You'll Do

• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable terms to improve margins
• Coordinate purchasing and ensure materials are delivered on time and accurately to support operations
• Analyze material spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track performance across vendors
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess carrying costs
• Partner with operations, finance, and project teams to support planning, forecasting, and execution
• Build and improve procurement processes, reporting, and vendor performance tracking systems

What You Bring

• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and drive measurable cost savings
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and tracking spend data
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
