We're hiring Customer Service Specialist for a financial services firm in Greenville, SC. The Compliance Specialist would help review, document, and respond to consumer and regulatory complaints. This assignment would last 3-6 months and pays $20/hr.

Duties:

• Log and respond to complaints
• Apply compliance regs (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA)
• Investigate issues and recommend actions
• Work with regulatory agencies and internal teams
• Support privacy requests & maintain complaint data
• Jump in on compliance projects as needed

Benefits & Compensation:

• $20/hr
• Basic health insurance offered during contract
• Full-time schedule M - F 8 - 5 pm.

Requirements:

• Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
