Job Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $50.00 to $54.60/hr. On W2
Schedule: The candidate is expected to work hours that at least partially align with Mountain Time in the US, enabling collaboration with key stakeholders.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ, including user experience and understanding of business processes. This role is vital for requirement gathering and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities / Expectations:
• Works closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Conducts detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Documents and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Supports the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Focuses on detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, often aiding both product owners and DT in understanding and translating business needs.
• Tactical support for Oracle CPQ including:
o Attending daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive DT results
o Filtering Aha suggestions and conducting intake calls to refine requirements
o Writing business requirements from Aha for CPQ development
o Answering questions from DT about requirements in development
o Testing enhancements to ensure they meet BRDs and user story needs
o Drafting release notes o Verifying that releases to production are complete and correct
• Participation in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0
• Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool
