Ensemble Performing Arts Remote Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for federaland state income tax compliance, sales and use tax filings and foreign tax filings (VAT/GST). Experience with balance sheet reconciliations including the calculation of deferred tax assets/liabilities is required. You will be proficient in Avalara and NetSuite. This role will work closely with ourexternal auditors to assist with income tax filings for partnership and C-Corp entities.

Business degree in Accounting or Tax with 3-5 years experience
Must be proficient with balance sheet reconciliations
Experience registering, filing, and managing accounts for state and local sales tax and business personal property tax
Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills you're comfortable managing many concurrent deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a low tolerance for errors in compliance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, resourceful attitude and good judgment when navigating ambiguous situations
Thrives in and drives change in a growth environment comfortable building processes where few exist
Works well as part of a team and collaborates effectively across departments
Working knowledge of UK VAT, Canadian GST & HST, or other international tax is a plus
