Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welding Associate to support our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist welding machine operators, handle materials, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Assist welding machine operators by preparing bins for production runs

Move and place bins in designated areas for processing or transfer to the next department

Stack and palletize products as needed

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Ability to work in tight or awkward positions when needed

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Work Environment

Exposure to varying temperatures (hot/cold conditions)

Required use of protective equipment (e.g., work boots)
