Director of Operational Technology

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Under limited supervision, the Director of Operational Technology is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of the Asset Management, SCADA, Radio Communications and OT Security functions. The Director of OT's role is to ensure streamlined operation of the OT department in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. The Director of OT will work closely with decision makers in Operations, IT, Security and Management to identify, develop, recommend, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. The Director of OT will also establish and implement OT processes and procedures that align with industry best-practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, supplemented by seven (7) years of progressively responsible management experience in asset management, SCADA, system design, and information or operational technology is required; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Certifications:
Prefer certification in OT areas such as Asset Management, SCADA, DCS or ICS; IT area such as data center, IT governance, enterprise (systems or applications) architect or information security.
