Looking for a Communication Domain experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products like Ethernet Products, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength etc..

Domain Knowledge :

1. Process : Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation.
2. Products : Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily) , IPVPN, Wave etc..

1. Understand Integration aspects and Workflows.
2. Web Sevices, Queues , Topics
3. XML, JSON
4. Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc..

1. Agile
2. Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous.

1. Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skill.
2. Managing cross geography teams - With Discovery and grooming.
3. Tools :Visio, BPM tools
4. Able to understand and create - Process document and Architecture diagram
