Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid) - Orlando, FL

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice in Orlando, Florida.

• Outstanding opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary team consisting of 5 Primary Care providers and 6 Mental Health providers (including 2 psychiatrists and 4 therapists), supported by tenured support staff.
• Our practice currently focuses on a full scope of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder with a high volume of in-house referrals.
• Consistent full-time or part-time hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends. This is a virtual-first position with hybrid options available, providing the flexibility to work from home while remaining part of a collaborative team.
• Offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications:

• New graduates considered, but 1+ years experience highly preferred
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• State licensure and board certification is required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD).
