MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Recruiter (Supply Chain / Sales Support Hiring) located in REMOTE. Our client is a Foods industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Role Summary / Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for exempt-level roles across supply chain and sales support teams within a fast-paced food distribution environment. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while partnering closely with hiring managers across multiple field locations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and communicating effectively with both candidates and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 20-30 open positions across supply chain and sales support functions.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple locations.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Facilitate interview feedback and follow-up discussions with hiring managers.
Extend and manage candidate offer processes.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruiting strategies with hiring needs.
Track recruiting activity using ATS platforms such as Workday and Phenom.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience (6+ years preferred).

Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Distribution, Sales, or HR roles.
Experience supporting food distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
Prior experience using Workday and/or Phenom ATS platforms.

Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong experience with LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
High School Diploma or GED required

Additional Information

Duration: 06 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Remote

Shift hours: Monday-Friday (start time between 7-9 AM CST depending on supported region)
