IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking full-time Industrial Electrical Foreman in Greenville, SC.
Job Summary
- Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
- Routinely wears a tool belt and performs construction craft work as part of regular job duties.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
- Confirms completion and documentation of project Daily, Weekly & Monthly safety activities reporting.
- Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems.
- Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Travel may be required.
- Minimum 4 years' industrial electrical construction experience plus 2 to 4 years electrical foreman supervisory experience.
- OSHA 30
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
