Position: SAP Developer/Global Support Manager - Project Manager (8670)
Work Location: Remote (Columbia, SC - occasional onsite meetings)

Summary:
The South Carolina State Treasurer's Office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage major, minor, and technical upgrades across multiple integrated business units. The consultant will oversee project roadmaps, manage resource capacity, facilitate release planning, and ensure smooth transitions through testing and deployment phases. This role demands a proactive leader experienced in both project and program management, ideally with familiarity in financial environments and SAP systems.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management using PMBOK standards.
• Deep expertise in Program and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology-related projects.
• PMP Certification (mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial environments (banking, investments, debt, or treasury).
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills across diverse teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
