Our client, a leading technology-driven enterprise solutions organization , is seeking an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst to join their team. As an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Transformation team supporting Product, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , analytical thinking , and stakeholder management expertise , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Oracle CPQ Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Must overlap with US Mountain Time)
Pay Range: $48-50/hr
What's the Job?
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
Support backlog grooming, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition.
Provide tactical support for Oracle CPQ including requirement clarification, intake calls, and development support.
Test enhancements, validate releases, and contribute to initiatives like CPQ improvements and proposal generation tools.
What's Needed?
Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ.
Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation (BRDs, user stories).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work overlapping US Mountain Time hours.
