We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our team in Greenville. This role is essential for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for diverse projects, spanning from $100K to $500 million, within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for site and manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all estimates align with project specifications and budget constraints.
• Utilize takeoff and modeling software to enhance the precision of project estimates.
• Participate in bid processes and provide insights to optimize project costs and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in estimating within manufacturing construction, with a strong emphasis on capital project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects, preferably in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with a Construction Manager or General Contractor is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and bid processes.
• Proficiency with takeoff and modeling software.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in paper manufacturing, although not required, is considered a plus.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is essential for consideration.
