Mechanical Estimator-HVAC
We have an opening for a Mechanical Estimator (HVAC) in Greenville, SC. This role is critical to the success of industrial and commercial construction projects, providing accurate and competitive cost estimates that drive strategic decisions and project execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure our bids are precise, timely, and aligned with project goals.

Required:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical estimating within industrial/construction/MEP environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble, Quote soft, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Must be able to work in office
