Applicants must be available to work rotating days on weekends. Previous car wash management experience is required for the Assistant Manager position; or you may be hired into our Manager-in-Training program to complete your management experience prior to promotion to Assistant Manager. All interviews for this position will be held at our corporate office in Powdersville. Flexibility to travel to any of our five Upstate locations (for final site placement) is required for this position.

Waves Express Car Wash is looking for an energetic, friendly, and responsible individual to join our exceptional management team as an Assistant Manager. This position has a large focus on customer service - from interacting with each customer to adding the "wow factor" to the customer experience. This individual will be on the front-line daily, managing and assisting customers & team members from a management capacity. Duties may include:
- Managing all team members that report to Assistant Manager & Site Manager
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs
- Providing business development and growth
- Opening/Closing of car wash
- Loading vehicles into the car wash tunnel in a safe and efficient manner
- Managing financial performance of wash location
- Repairing/Maintaining equipment and chemicals
- Maintaining clean vacuum and car wash tunnel areas
- Operating cash register and company point of sale software
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Managing & Selling Wash Club Memberships
- Other duties assigned by management
- Quarterly Bonus Program
