Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Personalized Service Plan (PSP); Perform ADLs for assigned residents according to the PSP and maintain cleanliness and condition in resident rooms; Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly and take appropriate action; Maintain a safe, comfortable home-like environment and report issues to the Director of Nursing; Assist with laundry, dining-related tasks, and room service as needed
