In this role, you are responsible for NVR community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction and on-time completion. Your innate business sense and leadership skills will help you oversee a large team and uphold NVRs best-in-class reputation. What you will be doing:Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team. Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees. Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home. Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
