Design for Manufacturing Excellence: Promote design for producibility, lean flow, and concurrent engineering. Enable Cutting-Edge Solutions: Support hardware qualifications for new processes, process changes, and equipment. Apply your expertise in HGP design and manufacturing to deliver cost-effective, high-performing parts. Kaizen & Lean Leadership: Take part in Supply Chain Kaizen events and Lean Action Workouts to proactively reduce defects and boost process efficiencies. Technology Advancement: Help set qualification standards for special processes (castings, coatings, holedrilling, and more) and support top manufacturing issue resolutions.
