Senior FOIA Analyst

TechOp Solutions is seeking a remote Senior FOIA Analyst who will provide advanced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) processing support to our government client. This role performs cradle-to-grave processing of FOIA requests, including analysis, records coordination,redaction, exemption application, and response preparation, while ensuring compliance with FOIA statute, the Privacy Act, Department of Justice (DOJ).

Responsibilities include:

• Perform end-to-end processing of FOIA requests from intake through final response preparation.
• Analyze requests to determine scope, complexity, and routing requirements.
• Coordinate with program offices to identify and obtain responsive records.
• Identify operational risks and compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions with government stakeholders.
• Mentors Junior Analyst.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
