Shipping Associate

We are looking for a meticulous, high-energy Shipping & Data Entry Associate to join our team. This role is the final, critical bridge between our inventory and our customers. If you are a professional who thrives on accuracy and takes pride in a perfectly packed shipment, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do as a Shipping & Data Entry Associate:

• Review incoming orders and pick all required components
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Prepare shipping labels for USPS, FedEx, and UPS, including domestic and international shipments
• Track lost or delayed packages and file carrier claims
• Contact customers when necessary to confirm shipping details or account information
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Lift boxes up to 30 lbs
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
