Pay: $17/hr + room to grow

Schedule: Multiple shifts available (training on 1 st shift 6am to 2:30pm for up to 2 months)

Job Overview

OpSource Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with eligibility for permanent hire after approximately 90 days, based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

About the Work

• The company manufactures 500+ different products
• Approximately 20 parts run consistently, with additional products scheduled throughout the year for specialty and custom projects
• Work is varied and engaging, not repetitive assembly-line production

After training, associates will be placed into one of four production families:

• Tapers
• Blasters
• Booth Operators
• Finishers

Ideal Candidates

This role may be a great fit for:

• Candidates with CNC experience
• Individuals with metal fabrication or mechanical assembly experience
• Highly mechanically inclined students or recent graduates from technical or trade schools

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (primary long-term need)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (openings coming later)
• Monday-Friday
• Voluntary Saturday shifts
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Training will take place on 1st shift and may last several weeks to a couple of months, depending on the individual.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Full benefits offered once hired on permanently
• Steel-toe boots required
  • Once hired on, employees receive a yearly boot voucher
