OpSource has partnered with an Automotive Quality Inspection company located in Greer, SC

Salary: $19-$20 per hour

Shift: 7:30am-5:30pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday (after hours and weekends just for orders and safety issues when needed)

Location: Greer Office

We're looking for an efficient, tech-savvy Administrative Scheduling Coordinator with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation for occasional local travel to job sites. This position offers an independent work environment with a focus on data entry, administrative support, and coordination.

Scope of Position:
Represent customer in a positive and professional manner by providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. Work directly with the customers team to ensure customer reports are verified and created correctly for our external customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Verify and track all incoming data per date, per shift, per site
  • Ownership of training matrix for all employees.
  • Staffing all locations and projects in the field
  • Able to communicate effectively within a team setting
  • Tracking and maintenance of reprts for staffing and operations
  • Conduct location visits and audits to work locations and staffing partners
  • Audit data entry of payroll/customer reports
  • Run and prepare necessary reports
  • Organize, and keep inventory of office supplies
  • Perform basic data entry
  • Assist other office personnel with any additional projects as needed
  • Monitor and/or back up telephone
  • Communicate effectively within a team setting
  • Maintain strong accuracy and typing skills

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of containment admin coordinator experience
  • Initiative and strong customer service focus
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and email applications
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Spreadsheets
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 WPM
  • Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style
  • Ability to answer telephones and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly
