Shift Details: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

As a Safety Supervisor, you will lead the safety team to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and help us meet our company and customer goals. Your strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations. Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to the safety team, ensuring compliance with safety standards at the highest level.
• Coordinate and communicate environmental health and safety processes and protocols.
• Conduct audits of facility requirements in alignment with environmental health and safety initiatives.
• Develop, review, and implement safety and security programs, while drafting action plans as necessary.
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous education for team members.

Qualifications Needed for Success:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with scanning equipment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

It's a Plus If You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or similar experience.
• Strong time and project management abilities, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Experience in environmental health and safety within a warehouse or distribution context.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations at the state and federal levels.
