Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and supply chain activities. This pivotal role involves overseeing inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless flow of goods and optimal operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems. Operational Leadership

Oversee all warehouse activities receiving, storing, order preparation, loading, and shipments ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate routing and preparation of shipments in line with customer requirements.

Maintain warehouse records and operational documentation following company policies.

Team Supervision & Development

Supervise, schedule, mentor, and train warehouse and delivery staff to promote safety and high performance.

Provide leadership that reinforces teamwork and customer-focused service.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure operations comply with OSHA, DOT, and Hajoca Safety Standards.

Maintain safety and training records (e.g., driver physicals and forklift certifications).

Equipment & Facility Oversight

Schedule maintenance for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.

Recommend new equipment or upgrades to improve operations.

Customer & Issue Resolution

Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations and customers or sales teams.

Resolve delivery and receiving discrepancies effectively.

Security & Asset Protection

Ensure the warehouse and its assets are secure from loss or damage.

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned by Profit Center leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse and material handling experience (more is often preferred).

Prior supervisory experience or team leadership in a warehouse environment.

Ability to operate material handling equipment like forklifts.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Solid understanding of and ability to enforce safety regulations.
