Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble production components using drawings, pick tickets, process documentation, and verbal instructions.; Perform repetitive and skilled assembly operations to meet quality and production standards.; Conduct basic quality checks and identify defects or non-conformances.; Use hand and power tools, including power screwdrivers, wire strippers, and crimpers.; Route, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and harnesses.
