Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and/or process visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in alignment with access control requirements and posted policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, offices, data-sensitive areas, and/or perimeter to help support security-related awareness and report conditions that need attention; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and/or passdown notes related to visitor management, badge activity, restricted area access, and other security-related events during the shift
