Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards by performing precise inspections, data collection, and quality analysis. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of resins, components and pass through parts.
• Coordinate inspection in logistic areas
• Contribute in continuous improvement of procedures and processes
• Containment of suspect parts using Quality Hold, DPR, and Blocking Procedures. Open QNs to suppliers
• Gathering data for studies.
• Disposition of parts, assemblies, products, and any containers in the Quality Hold area.
• Maintain of blockstock discrepancies/scrap in SAP
• Annual verification/requalification of Red Rabbits
• Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.
• Other duties as needed.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years in automotive industry

Education:

• High School or GED equivalent
• Some college experience is preferable.
