What's In It For You Competitive pay at $24.08/hour Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities Long-term stability with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer Career growth and advancement potential What You'll Be Doing Perform mixing and compounding operations following batch instructions Operate equipment such as tanks, mixers, pumps, and scales Prepare materials and equipment for production processes Accurately complete batch records in compliance with cGMP standards Support tanker unloading and material handling activities Maintain clean and compliant work areas and equipment Assist with pilot batches and production support tasks Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy What You Need to Apply High School Diploma or GED WorkKeys Certification required Previous manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within regulated environments Strong attention to detail and reliability Willingness to work overtime as needed Work Environment This position is based in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment requiring strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and working with production equipment. PPE may be required depending on the task.
