Job Title

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate on projects with teams to help communicate upcoming series, events, and vision through creative projects.

Create content on a small scale and manage productions on a larger scale.

Produce projects for the church that include a person, place, or thing.

Recruit and hire (when necessary) talent for projects.

Scout locations and coordinate with property managers for and during filming opportunities.

Create or find props, costumes, and set pieces used during projects.

Manage budget and spending for projects.

Schedule film dates for projects.

Prepare craft services based on shoot schedule and persons on set.

Support continuity from brainstorm to filming through support and on-set assistance to Directors and crew.

Lead and shepherd volunteers who serve in set design, on-screen talent, costume design, hospitality, and production assistance.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
