The Office of Institutional Data, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning at the School of Medicine Greenville is seeking to hire a Data and Evaluation Analyst to join our team. The Office of Institutional Data, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning (Office of IDEAS) is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the medical education curriculum and support the LCME accreditation of SOMG. Within this office, the Data and Evaluation Analyst, reporting directly to the Academic Program Assessment Manager, supports faculty, staff, and administration through collecting and managing institutional data, overseeing course and program evaluations, and providing thoughtful and informative data analysis and report development. This position collects and maintains data on student, course, and program performance, manages evaluations across all phases of the curriculum, and conducts data analysis and reporting using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Working across systems, offices and departments, and with school administration, this individual develops surveys, manages evaluations, maintains key datasets, generates numerous institutional reports, including, but not limited to, end-of-module and end-of-phase reports, and fulfills data requests for both internal and external stakeholders.
