Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture.
Regenified's purpose is toaccelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist - Strategic Accounts to lead our most complex and high-impact verification programs. This role is the central hub for our largest accounts, managing the entire verification experience for key brands and their associated farmer supply chains.
This is not a traditional account management role. You are the project leader and primary relationship owner for our most critical partners. You will not just guide individual customers; you will design and manage the verification journey for entire cohort of farms, working in lockstep with brand managements, farmer groups and internal teams.
Your mission is to flawlessly execute large-scale verification projects, ensuring every stakeholder - from the farmer in the field to the brand's sustainability lead - has a clear, valuable, and seamless experience. You are the quarterback who ensures the entire verification program is delivered on time and with excellence.
