Schedule & Location
• Training onsite (4-6 weeks): Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Post-training: Work from home (hybrid)
• Shift: 10:30AM-7PM or 11:30AM-8PM (non-negotiable)
What You'll Do
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers
• Process refills and schedule shipments
• Provide accurate info and resolve issues
• Follow up and ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
• Call center experience preferred (healthcare a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Typing speed 35+ WPM
• Pharmacy Technician Registration required (before or on Day 1)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
