Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner; Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup; Modeling our brand standard for customer service by adhering to dress code and professional appearance; Checks in all customers merchandise for return and checks in vendor representatives with visitor badges; Assists facilitation of customer check-in of firearms/weapons by notifying the appropriate Outfitter per SOP
