Bon Secours Mercy Health - 1 St Francis Drive - Responsibilities: Provide basic patient care including vital sign measurement, personal care and hygiene, and assisting with mobility.; Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and/or concerns.; Provide high-level customer service to all patients, family, visitors, and employees.; Provide accurate, precise, timely documentation when applicable for patient care.; Participate in hand-off/report of pertinent information regarding patient and departmental needs upon arrival and when leaving.
