We're currently hiring for 2nd Shift, Wednesday - Saturday, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM. We are searching for a Warehouse Supply Chain Operations Supervisor who can inspire their team to continually raise the bar while managing all day-to-day warehouse operations. Your daily responsibilities:

• Oversee efficient operations within the warehouse
• Prepare work schedules for team members
• Provide supervision, training, and coaching to enhance team performance
• Monitor work quality to ensure exceptional customer service
• Understand and implement the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program for operational excellence
• Foster clear communication with leadership, team members, and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, possibly on weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Background in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift various shapes, sizes, and weights of objects
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
• Handle or operate tools and equipment
• Tolerate various warehouse temperature conditions
