Qualifications for CDL-A Company Truck Drivers

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum age: 21
• At least 6 months recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
• Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record with a stable work history

As an added incentive, you will receive monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM (for less than 3 years experience) or $0.05 CPM (for 3 years experience), based on miles and safe driving. Bonuses will be taxed as regular earnings.
