As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in patient care, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patient medical and surgical histories relevant to procedures.
• Maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Preparing and administering medications and fluids following established safety standards.
• Monitoring patients closely for airway management, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses to ensure safety.
• Documenting all required information, including the surgical safety checklist and intra-operative anesthetic records.
• Logging incident reports in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
