Troubleshooting (software and hardware) at the customer site and via telephone Conversions and adaptations of existing systems Assumption of on call duties Customer Support Requirements Education as mechatronics technican or energy electronics technician, specialized in electronic technical field or in automation technology Experience in automation technology and industrial electrical installation Mechanical and plant engineering and customer service experience Knowledge of Programming S7/TIA, visualization in WinCC flexible and the Profibus/Profinet Siemens S5 programming, visualizations in ProTool and ASibus Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Degree in Mechatronics and or relevant experience Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $40 - $45 Hourly
