What You'll Do
- Assemble battery cells, modules, and components
- Use hand tools (torque drills, wrenches, screwdrivers)
- Follow detailed written work instructions
- Perform quality checks throughout the process
- Track materials and document production activity
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- 3+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately
- Experience using hand tools
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with good communication skills
- Steel-toed boots required
- No heavy lifting, but must be comfortable with light physical work
