Description:

Senior ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Developer

Our client, a leading organization in their sector, is currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Developer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow development particularly in Field Service Management implementations and customizations. Need experience in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions using the ServiceNow FSM module.
  • Customize and enhance FSM workflows, including dispatch logic and work order management functionalities.
  • Configure mobile interfaces and develop features for technician scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and external third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and testing protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations, scripts, and custom code.
  • Stay current with new features, capabilities, and best practices related to ServiceNow FSM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on FSM.
  • Strong understanding of FSM components, including work orders, dispatching, skills-based assignment, and mobile interface customization.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP web services and tools such as ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in software development.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or FSM certification is a plus.
